Splitgate has congratulated the winners of the Splitgate Pro Series 2021 on their stellar performance.
At 5:19 AM CET on Monday, 13 December 2021, Splitgate Esports posted a tweet congratulating the “undisputed Champions of the #SplitgateProSeries Launch Season, powered by @ASTROGaming.”
The winners of the Splitgate Pro Series 2021 were:

The tweet continued to state that, “We Got Lucky secure the Grand Finals victory and bring home $25,000 as a squad!”
Perhaps they did get lucky, or maybe it was just raw skill. Either way, as ‘We Got Lucky’ (WGL) went up against their opponents ‘Team Aim Assist’ for the finals, by the start of Round 4 they had secured 2 wins and conceded 1 loss.
Round 4 was ‘Capture the Flag’ and was dominated by ‘We Got Lucky’, with multiple kills in the final seconds of the match before time ran out and WGL secured victory in the match and were crowned as Splitgate Pro Series champions with 3 wins out of a maximum of 5 rounds.
Splitgate has stated that the Splitgate Pro Series will be back for another season in 2022. No specific dates have been released yet as it is still early days and the 2021 season has only just ended. However, the 2022 season may start as early as January 2022.
