This new chapter in the iconic MMORPG series will take players deep beneath the surface of Azeroth to uncover the hidden world of Khaz Algar.
Harbinger of the Void, Xal'atath
Khaz Algar is a subterranean realm filled with secrets and dangers. Here, players will encounter a nerubian empire led by the Harbinger of the Void, Xal'atath, who is building an army to conquer Azeroth.
The starting zone for WoW: The War Within is the Isle of Dorn, a land of mountains and vibrant nature. The Earthen race calls this place home, and their capital city, Dornogal, will serve as a meeting ground for the Horde and the Alliance.
The Ringing Deeps, a vast cavern system, is home to the Machine Speakers. The Earthen work alongside these ancient machines to ensure their continued operation.
To the north, Hallowfall is a cratered land bordered by rock formations. The Arathi civilization, protected by a giant crystal, defends their borders from constant nerubian threats.
Azj-Kahet, the pinnacle of nerubian society, is where the Harbinger of the Void is building her army. This dark and dangerous region is filled with arachnid forces, posing a significant threat to Azeroth.
WoW: The War Within will be released on 26 August, 2024.
