Sarah Fortune is a Bilgewater captain feared for her ruthlessness as well as her beauty. She stands out among the tough criminals of the port city.
As a child, she saw the reaver king Gangplank kill her family. Years later, she got even with him by blowing up his ship while he was still on it. Those who don't take her seriously will face a tricky and unpredictable opponent—and probably one or two bullets in the gut.
This is a full article about how to best place Miss Fortune in TFT to make sure you blow your enemies away.
Nothing but powder monkeys.
Sarah Fortune, like other Bilgewater celebrities, has blood on her hands.
Sarah, the beloved daughter of famous gundame Abigale Fortune, spent most of her joyful youth at the forge of their island village off the coast, learning to file wheel locks, set trigger pulls, and even cast bespoke pistol shot. Her mother was a master gunsmith, and many rich merchant captains owned her weapons.
However, poorer and darker people often wanted them.
Gangplank was a young Bilgewater reaver. He requested a pair of Fortune pistols no one else could have, confident in his authority. Gangplank reappeared a year later. He wore a dirty scarf to avoid paying for the job. He forced the firearms.
Abigale had made two hand cannons of exquisite craftsmanship and precise lethality—too delicate for him, she said. Gangplank was a thug. Enraged, he grabbed the guns and shot her before turning them on her husband and daughter, Sarah. He burned the workshop and crushed both guns on the cobblestones to erase the Fortune heritage from Runeterra.
Pain awakened Sarah. She crawled from the flaming debris, clutching the two weapons. Her physical condition recovered, but she had nightmares and sleep terrors for years.
She persevered. She sought revenge. She reassembled her mother's pistols and studied the masked killer who had crowned himself Bilgewater's new reaver king and persuaded even the most powerful ship captains to recognise his claim.
Whatever. Sarah was ready for him again.
She took a ship to Bilgewater Bay and murdered her first victim within minutes of stepping upon the quayside's twisted timbers—a drunken pirate with a gallon of Myron's Dark in his gut and a price on his head. Sarah brought his body to the bounty board authorities before ripping out a dozen more warrants and walking into the city.
Within a week, all of them were settled, and those chased by Sarah were dead or in chains. She became known as "Miss Fortune" at pubs and casinos. Gangplank never saw her. Another bounty hunter in his city?
In the years that followed, Miss Fortune's escapades spread, each more fantastic than the previous. She drowned the Silk-Knife Corsair chieftain in a cask of her stolen rum. She snatched the Syren from a captain who learned the hard way about sneaking a hand. She shot the mad Doxy-Ripper in the back as he escaped his lair on a half-dismembered leviathan on the slaughter docks.
Despite all this, Gangplank was too strong to challenge openly, with the ferocious Jagged Hooks crew constantly at his side—but Miss Fortune knew merely killing him would never be enough. The girl who died on her mother's workshop floor would only be satisfied by his humiliation and the burning of his stolen goods.
She slowly built a small but faithful group of supporters to assist her overcome her issues.
Miss Fortune risked everything to fight Gangplank. Schemes inside plots destroyed his ship, the Dead Pool, and overthrew the reaver king. Bilgewater watched him fall. As anticipated, Sarah got everything she wanted. It ended quickly.
After Gangplank left, the remaining opposing captains fought for city control. With innumerable innocent citizens trapped between the fighting teams, any legality was gone in an instant. As captain of the Syren and supported by her people, Miss Fortune reluctantly forged an uneasy ceasefire that has persisted to this day.
Captain Fortune must still enforce her own authority on reavers, ganglords, and distant threats in the port city, where nothing is permanent.
Bilgewater's true fight has started.

3) Protect the Recons
The foundation of this comp is Vayne accumulating attack speed to allow her to deal genuine damage via sniping.

Best team for this build:
1-Since Vayne will have the Anima Squad, Duelist, and Recon characteristics activated, she will be the major source of damage.

3-Because he possesses the same Ox Force, Aegis, and Mascot as your team, Alistar is an important member of your front line.
4-Jinx is a new member of the Anima Squad and Pranksters, and she wields a cannon to momentarily paralyse her adversaries.

3-Lee Sin adds an extra Brawler and Supers to your team's total.
4-Malphite is a strong defender and the third member of the Supers.
5-Rammus is a strong Threat member due to his passive tanking ability and his ability to knock up a large circle of enemies while reducing their attack damage.
