3. Blizzard Strayer

Blizzard Strayer (or Icebreaker) is an Artifact Set available at 4-star and 5-star rarities which can be obtained from Peak of Vindagnyr. The 4-Piece Bonus of this set increases CRIT Rate by 20% when they hit an enemy affected by Cryo and by 40% if it’s Frozen.
- This build is perfect if you want your Rosaria to be your DPS. She applies Cryo with her Elemental Skill and Burst, but since they don’t have a high CD you can apply really often.
- You have to search for ATK% and CRIT DMG as sub-stat so her basic attacks will deal more DMG since they don’t apply Cryo. Xingqiu, Barbara, or Mona are perfect for this team because you need at least a Hydro character to Frozen enemies.
- Primordial Jade Winged-Spear is the perfect weapon for this set. Its 2nd stat is CRIT Rate and increases DMG by 12%.
2. Noblesse Oblige
Guide:
Noblesse Oblige is an Artifact Set that can be obtained from Clear Pool and Mountain Cavern. Its 2-Piece Bonus increases Elemental Burst DMG by 20% and its 4-Piece Bonus increases all party members’ ATK when you use an Elemental Burst.
- If you think your Rosaria would be better as a support this is your set. You only have to use her Elemental Burst to deal a lot of DMG and it’ll increase all party members’ ATK.
- This set is perfect for Elemental Reactions, so you have to use characters like Hu Tao, Yoimiya, or Keqing in your team since they’ll benefit a lot from them.
- Skyward Spine has Energy Recharge as its 2nd stat and increases CRIT Rate by 8% and Normal Attack SPD by 12%. It’s perfect for this set because of that ER.
1. Pale Flame

Pale Flame is an Artifact Set available at 4-star and 5-star rarities which can be obtained from Ridge Watch. Its 2-Piece Bonus increases Physical DMG by 25% and its 4-Piece Bonus increases ATK by 9% when an Elemental Skill hits an opponent.
- The best part about this set is that when you reach 2 stacks of its 4-Piece Bonus, the 2-set effect will increase by 100%. This means that her Physical DMG will be increased too.
- This is perfect for a DPS Rosaria since she’ll deal DMG with normal attacks and her Elemental Skill. She needs a support like Xingqiu or Bennet to increase her DMG.
- The perfect polearm for this build is Staff of Homa. Its 2nd stat is CRIT DMG, and it increases HP by 20% and provides an ATK Bonus based on 0.8% of the wielder's Max HP.
Even if Rosaria is not a really popular character, she’s still a great one. She can use her as a support, as a DPS, or whatever you want.
