Malaysian fans rejoice! Video Games Live is set to bring epic video game music to Kuala Lumpur on 27 February 2016!
Video game music in grand style!
It’s a great time to be a gaming and music fan in Malaysia! Video Games Live, an orchestra concert series featuring music from the most popular video games of all time, will be performing at Kuala Lumpur’s Putra Indoor Stadium this August 29. To get tickets, click here.
Produced by esteemed video game music composers Tommy Tallarico and Jack Wall, Video Games Live has been bringing live orchestral renditions of video gaming’s greatest melodies to worldwide audiences since 2005. They’ve been everywhere from the U.S.A. and Canada to the U.A.E., Korea, and New Zealand. In fact, they’ve been to Malaysia twice before – in 2010 and 2012.
The August 29 event will start at 8pm and will be performed by the National Symphony Orchestra. Expect an evening of fantastic stage effects, stage performers, guest acts, interactive segments allowing lucky audience members to play video games as the orchestra plays music in sync with the game, and of course, wonderful video game music.
And if their previous shows are any indication, there will probably be a host of pre and post-show events as well, from meet and greets with gaming industry luminaries, cosplay, and video game competitions and demos.
