‘Power to the People’ is not generally a phrase associated with electricity, but rather with revolution, the voice of the people, and allegedly oppressive power held by a few individuals that rule over everyone else.

‘Power to the People’ however, has absolutely nothing to do with revolutions, dictatorships, or communal power. Rather, it’s all about providing the people of society with the electricity needed to power their everyday lives.
This includes power for residential purposes, industrial purposes, and more. Players must build a power grid to support a growing population, making sure to add new sources of power and power infrastructure as the population grows to ensure that the power supply meets demand consistently and without fail.

Besides the ever-growing population and the constant demand for more power, players must also contend with and deal with the brutality of mother nature, with floods, fires, earthquakes, and a series of other disasters itching to bring down the power grid and paralyze society in darkness.
Players can utilize a variety of different power sources. They can build wind farms, solar farms, nuclear power stations, biomass stations, traditional coal-powered stations, hydroelectric power plants, the whole nine yards. The power sources they use, and how they use them, are completely up to players.
‘Power to the People’ is developed by ‘Hermes Interactive’ and is available on Steam.
