Her Story is a true crime game that features live action recordings of a female character being questioned about the disappearance of her husband. The game’s interaction between viewing real videos and player input creates an experience very unique from the traditional gameplay experiences.
You will take on the role of a detective scouring the database for clues that will help you solve the mystery of the disappeared husband. The interaction between the player, their computer, and the archived police videos creates a very realistic gaming adventure.

6. Final Fantasy XIII

5. Fifa 2016

Fresh of the dramatic win by the United States in the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup comes the release of the first FIFA soccer game to include the women’s national teams from around the world. You can choose from twelve national teams. FIFA 16 will feature all of the fun of previous installments in the series, but will include more enhanced controls on offence and defense. Players will benefit from the FIFA trainer system which will help them master the new play mechanics.
This game is awesome, and with the addition of the playability of women’s national teams the game becomes historic. All I want to know is if I can can play a women’s team vs. a men’s team and do the old fashioned battle of the sexes.

4. The Walking Dead: Michonne

Any fan of the walking dead series will agree that Michonne is one crazy cool lady. She carries a katana and uses zombies as her own personal entourage. Now, she is getting her own mini-series in the highly successful Walking Dead video game.
For those new to The Walking Dead game, it is a survival game where your decisions shape the direction of every character in the story. The game is an awesome and intense addition to the muti-medium mega hit The Walking Dead.
Most people run from Zombies, Michonne uses them as pack mules.
3. Resident Evil: Revelations 2

Claire Redfield headlines the second installment in the Resident Evil: Revelations series, which has been a fire in the blood of the longstanding franchise. This game is a thrilling blend of action and horror that will renew your faith in the series that defined the survival horror genre.
As for Claire, she is one of the survivors of the original Raccoon city incident. She was thrust from the life as a college girl visiting her older brother into a battle hardened veteran fighting to save the world from the evil Umbrella corporation. She is one of the toughest women in a series full of very tough women.

2. Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst

Faith Connors is the protagonist in the first person action game series Mirror’s edge. What makes her a great character is that she doesn’t have any super powers, just wits and athletic ability. Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst is the prequel to the action packed story released in 2009.
In the new installment players will experience the rise of Faith from a carefree runner to the heroine of a city in desperate need of a savior. What is unique will be the absence of firearms as offensive weapons; instead you will use your mind and fists to overcome enemies. Players will feel like they are one with Faith as she moves smoothly and flawlessly according to the movements of the player, creating a fully immersive combat experience.

1. Rise of the Tomb Raider

Lara is becoming the hero so many already know her to be.
Lara Croft is the foremost female lead in video games for almost twenty years, and this year will mark the release of her next adventure. Rise of the Tomb Raider is the sequel to the Tomb Raider reboot launched in 2013, and build on the events of the novel Tomb Raider: Ten Thousand Immortals by Dan Abnett and Nik Vincent.
The Lara Croft in the reboot isn’t the same large chested thrill seeker of previous installments, but a younger more naïve version, that exhibits more cunning and intelligence than her predecessors. Rise of the Tomb Raider is a more intense and psychologically enthralling experience.
