Valorant: How To Activate Contract

Valorant agents can be unlocked by activating their contracts. New players are given the introductory contract of two free agents, one at tier 5 and the other at tier 10. Once completed, you can now unlock agent contracts.

How to activate contract in Valorant:

Step 1: On the main interface, click on the Agents tab.
Step 2: Select an agent you want and click Activate contract. Upon activation, you will see ten locked tiers that can be unlocked by grinding for XP through the different game modes and missions or buying the tier level with Valorant Points (VP).

The agent is unlocked at tier level 5 but each tier gives you a different reward such as titles, sprays, weapon skins, gun buddies, and banners.

You can only activate one contract at a time. If you think that Cipher’s “Mind Thief” title is more attractive than your currently active Killjoy’s “Techie,” then you can stop grinding for the latter and activate Cipher. Just go back to complete it next time.
