Sens is one of the operators in Siege that have the biggest impact on the matches they’re on. That’s because Sens’ special gadget, the R.O.U. Projector System is capable of producing wide screens of light that can provide cover for the attacking team’s push. Not only is it great for cover, but it can also cause a lot of panic to enemies.
That’s why it’s important to reassess the best loadout choices for Sens, because they’re one of the operators that have recently received big changes to their loadouts. The changes to their utilities will greatly affect how Sens is played. Some consider the recent changes to them a nerf, but to some, it’s actually a buff.
5. 417 with Scope 3.0x, Muzzle Brake, Vertical Grip, and Laser + SDP 9mm with Suppressor and Laser + Hard Breach Charge
The removal of Sens’ gonne-6 may be a huge blow to many who love playing them, but because of that, players are kind of forced to be more creative with their loadout choices and gameplay. For this loadout setup, the 417 marksman rifle for Sens will allow them to perform the role of backline support really well and obviously, a marksman rifle like the 417 would be a great weapon for medium to long-range shooting. That works well with Sens’ role and special gadget because after deploying their R.O.U. Projector System, their job is to provide support for their teammates.
The great thing about the 417 is that when it’s equipped with a muzzle brake and a laser, it doesn’t only excel in medium to long-range shooting. It’ll excel at close range as well because the tight hip fire spread and low recoil will make it so that the user doesn’t have to go into aim-down-sights stance to hit enemies at close range. As for the hard breach charge as Sens’ generic gadget, it’ll be really handy for destroying reinforced hatches when Sens and their teammates want to attack from above. It’ll also be a good alternative breaching utility when hard breachers aren’t around.
Excels in:
- Performing the role of backline support after deploying Sens’ R.O.U. Projector System because the 417 marksman rifle excels at medium to long-range shooting with it being a marksman rifle
- The 417 DMR inflicts massive amounts of damage per shot and has a high destruction and penetration rate, which makes it so that it can also be used by Sens for destroying unreinforced hatches.
- The vertical grip as well as the muzzle brake on the 417 DMR will greatly lower the weapon’s vertical recoil, resulting in a very stable shooting experience for the user
- The laser will greatly tighten that 417’s hip fire spread and together with the muzzle brake and vertical grip, the user won’t even have to go into ADS stance in order to hit enemies at close range.
- The two hard breach charges on Sens’ arsenal are great for destroying reinforced hatches as well as alternative breaching devices for walls when hard breachers aren’t around
Build Details:
- Primary Weapon - 417 with Scope 3.0x, Muzzle Brake, Vertical Grip, and Laser
- Secondary Weapon - SDP 9mm with Suppressor and Laser
- Secondary Gadget - Hard Breach Charge
4. 417 with Scope 3.0x, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip + SDP 9mm with Suppressor and Laser + Claymore
This setup on the 417 marksman rifle will not excel in close quarters combat unlike the setup above, but this will excel more in medium to long-range shooting, especially for providing backline support to teammates when Sens have already deployed their R.O.U. Projector System and the team is pushing. That's because the suppressor on the 417 marksman rifle will remove its directional threat indicator. So its shots won’t give opponents that white marker that tells them where the shots are coming from. The 417’s shots will also be much more silent with a suppressor, so it’ll be hard for enemies to pinpoint Sens’ location.
With that, enemies will be slower to react to Sens’ shots, and if they’re shooting them through the light screens of the R.O.U. Projector System, they won’t know exactly where to shoot back. Of course, without the recoil control benefits from the muzzle brake, the 417 will be harder to control in this setup, but it’s far from unmanageable because the vertical grip would still be present and it adds a lot of vertical recoil control on the weapon. So with this setup, Sens should still be able to handle the 417’s recoil as long as they pace their shots well.
Excels in:
- Shooting enemies with Sens’ 417 designated marksman rifle without them immediately knowing where the shots are coming from because the suppressor removes the weapon’s directional threat indicator
- When Sens is providing suppressive fire through their R.O.U. Projector System, it’ll be much harder for enemies to counter because they won’t immediately know where Sens’ shots are coming from
- Being able to see your targets really well because of the high zoom level from the scope 3.0x which also provides a clear front view for the user because of its simple reticle design
- Maintaining a good amount of vertical recoil control on the 417 despite not having a muzzle brake due to the presence of the vertical grip attachment
- Protecting yourself and your teammates from roamers, flankers, and run outs with the two claymores in Sens’ arsenal which can also be used in conjunction with the R.O.U. Projector System
Build Details:
- Primary Weapon - 417 with Scope 3.0x, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip
- Secondary Weapon - SDP 9mm with Suppressor and Laser
- Secondary Gadget - Claymore
3. POF-9 with Scope 2.5x A, Flash Hider, and Angled Grip + SDP 9mm with Suppressor and Laser + Frag Grenade
The POF-9 is Sens’ unique assault rifle and is one of the best weapons in the game due to its damage being very decent, its stock recoil is manageable, it’s compatible to a wide variety of attachments, and most of all, it has a huge magazine capacity for an assault rifle. It’s really like a mini light machine gun in that sense. This makes the POF-9 a great weapon for Sens for backline support as its huge magazine capacity and easy handling makes it perfect for suppressive fire. The POF-9 in this setup, however, focuses more on offense rather than support.
That’s because the angled grip on the POF-9 will allow Sens to go into aim-down-sights stance faster than normal in exchange for the additional recoil control from a vertical grip. The additional recoil control will be coming from the flash hider on its barrel instead and it will also remove the weapon’s muzzle flash. This setup specializes in short bursts and sudden enemy encounters. The frag grenade on the other hand is great for Sens when it comes to forcing defenders out of their hiding spots as well as countering enemies who will try to push back when Sens and their team is pushing.
Excels in:
- Sens being able to go into aim-down-sights stance faster than normal through the angled grip attachment on their POF-9 assault rifle which is great for sudden enemy engagements
- Maintaining a good amount of vertical recoil control on Sens’ POF-9 assault rifle due to the presence of the flash hider on its barrel which will also hide the weapon’s muzzle flash
- Being able to see your targets well due to the high zoom levels from the scope 2.5x A on Sens’ POF-9 assault rifle which is great for medium to long range shooting
- The suppressed SDP 9mm handgun as Sens’ secondary weapon will allow Sens to shoot defender gadgets such as CCTV cameras without giving away their position
- The frag grenade is a great utility for Sens as a support operator because they can use it to force defenders out of their hiding spots as well as deny area to defenders for a short period of time
Build Details:
- Primary Weapon - POF-9 with Scope 2.5x A, Flash Hider, and Angled Grip
- Secondary Weapon - SDP 9mm with Suppressor and Laser
- Secondary Gadget - Frag Grenade

2. POF-9 with Scope 2.5x A, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip + SDP 9mm with Suppressor and Laser + Claymore
For many players, inflicting the highest damage possible from their weapons is their key to winning, and for those players, this setup would be the best. That’s because the extended barrel on Sens’ POF-9 will increase its damage and greatly reduce its range damage drop-off. So with this loadout setup, Sens will be dishing out the best possible damage that the POF-9 can do at any given distance. And since the extended barrel doesn’t provide any additional recoil control on the weapon, it’s important to have the vertical grip which adds a lot of vertical recoil control.
The scope 2.5x will allow Sens to target their opponents well regardless of the range, and they’ll have pinpoint accuracy with it due to its arrow tip reticle which doesn’t obstruct the view of the target a lot so it’s great for headshots. The silenced SDP 9mm handgun will be great for disabling enemy gadgets without giving away Sens’ position and it’ll also be a great alternative weapon when the POF-9 needs to reload in the middle of a gunfight. That’s because even without a muzzle brake, the SDP 9mm’s recoil is very easy to control and its hip fire spread will be tight due to the laser attachment.
Excels in:
- Inflicting high damage with Sens’ POF-9 assault rifle because of the added damage from the extended barrel attachment which also reduces the weapon’s range damage drop-off
- Maintaining a good amount of vertical recoil control on Sens’ POF-9 assault rifle because of the vertical grip attachment which greatly lowers weapons’ vertical weapon kick
- Having pinpoint accuracy regardless of the distance due to the high levels of zoom from the scope 2.5x A as well as its simple arrow tip reticle that doesn’t obstruct the view of the opponent
- Having a tight hip fire spread on the SDP 9mm handgun because of the laser attachment and being able to use it silently due to the suppressor on its barrel which is useful for disabling enemy gadgets
- Countering run outs, roamers, and flankers, with the use of the two claymores in Sens’ arsenal which they can also hide behind the light screens from their R.O.U. Projector System

- Primary Weapon - POF-9 with Scope 2.5x A, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip
- Secondary Weapon - SDP 9mm with Suppressor and Laser
- Secondary Gadget - Claymore

1. POF-9 with Scope 2.5x A, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip + SDP 9mm with Muzzle Brake and Laser + Frag Grenade
This is the best loadout for Sens because in most cases, it will work best for her role and special gadget. Firstly, her main role is to provide cover for the attacking team’s push through her special gadget, the R.O.U. Projector System which creates wide screens of light that will obstruct the enemies’ vision. But it works both ways because the attacking team will also not be able to see enemies behind it. But what Sens can do is to provide suppressive fire through those screens of light in an attempt to hit enemies behind them as well as support the other attackers who are pushing or planting the defuser.
That can be done really well with the POF-9 in this setup because the suppressor on its barrel will remove its shots’ directional threat indicator and muzzle flash. It will also greatly silence the POF-9's gunshots, so chances are, the enemies behind Sens’ screens of light won’t immediately know where the bullets are flying from. On top of that, Sens can use the frag grenades to deny areas for a few seconds to enemies or use them to force certain defenders out of their entrenched positions, and once they’re out of cover, they’ll be vulnerable to Sens’ or their teammates’ gunfire.
Excels in:
- Providing suppressive fire for your teammates without giving away your position because the suppressor on Sens’ POF-9 will remove its shots’ directional threat indicator and muzzle flash
- Making it even harder for enemies to know Sens’ current location because the suppressor on the POF-9 will also remove its muzzle flash and greatly silence its gunshots
- Sens being able to target enemies with deadly accuracy because of the high zoom level from the scope 2.5x A as well as its arrow tip reticle which doesn’t obstruct the view of the opponent’s body
- Having a good amount of vertical recoil control on Sens’ POF-9 despite not having a recoil providing attachment on its barrel attachment, because of the vertical grip.
- Forcing defenders out of their entrenched positions or disabling pesky bulletproof gadgets with the use of the two frag grenades in Sens’ arsenal as their generic gadget.
