Need to feel better about your Madden game? Adjust the sliders. Madden 20 allows players to customize their gameplay to make it realistic, adjust the difficulty, and have more fun. Play around with the sliders to format the game to your preference and suit your playing style. It’s also a great way to practice improving your game! Here are some of the most important Madden 20 All-Pro Sliders and how to use them to your advantage.

10) QB Accuracy

Throwing its way into the 10th slider - QB Accuracy:

  • Adjusts how accurate the CPU quarterback completes his passes.
  • If you are having trouble with the CPU quarterback, I suggest lowering the sliders to 20-30 range.
  • The CPU quarterbacks in Madden 20 have been known to be unusually successful in their passing game. Lowering will improve realism and make contested throws harder for the CPU.

9) Pass Blocking

Blocking the 9th spot - Pass Blocking:

  • Strengthens your linemen and can pick up the blitz, lower QB pressure, and give your offense enough time to score.
  • Raising the Pass Blocking slider might be something to look into for your play. Some teams’ O-line can be tough to compete within this Madden.
  • If playing with a team with an incredible pass-rushing strategy, play around with pass blocking and lower the intensity.

8) Catching

Catching the 8th spot - Catching:

  • Improves or decreases the likelihood of catching passes.
  • Raise or lower this slider if you feel the game difficulty you are playing is unfair with their catching percentages.
  • Huge variation in completions vs. incompletions. Use this slider if the CPU is catching unfair balls.

7) RB Break Tackling

Number 7 - RB Break Tackling:

  • Increases or decreases the chance of breaking tackles with the football.
  • Use this slider to improve your running game. Breaking free from tackling can help you practice ball carrier special moves.

6) Run Blocking

Block those runs!

The 6th slider - Run Blocking:

  • Strengthens the run block and improves the running game.
  • Another great slider to work on your running game. Look for the holes provided by the O-line.
  • By lowering this slider, the defensive line will shed blocks faster and make it harder for your RB to run the ball. This will turn you into an ultimate Madden ball carrier.

5) Fumbles

Holding onto the 5th position - Fumbles:

  • Affects how players carry the football.
  • This makes for a fun custom game with friends. Lower this slider and it will be hectic!
  • Great to work on ball carrier protection moves.

4) Pass Reaction Time

Number 4 - Pass Reaction Time:

  • Improves or lowers the reaction time for the defense.
  • When set higher, the defender takes longer to react to the cut.
  • Slider affects Man coverage more intensely.

3) Interceptions

Intercepting the 3rd slider - Interceptions:

  • Raises or lowers the chance for interceptions.
  • Use this slider to work on your passing game if you throw many interceptions.
  • Set interceptions to a 40-60 (HUM-CPU) for an ultimate passing game practice simulation.

2) Pass Rushing

Rushing into the 2nd slider - Pass Rushing:

  • Affects the defensive lineman on whether they will break off or power through blocks.
  • This is another great slider to play with to improve your Madden offensive game.
  • Lower this slider to improve your QB scramble, RB runs, or patience in the pocket.

1) Block Shedding

At number 1 - Block Shedding:

  • Controls how well defenders can beat blocks.
  • Use this to improve your line game with defense or offense.
  • Raise or lower this slider if you keep getting sacked or your O line isn’t holding up.
