[Top 3] FF14 Best Crafting Gear Sets

If you’ve been leveling up your crafting classes in Final Fantasy 14, you’ve likely been on the lookout for higher item level crafting gear to craft higher quality materials more easily. With the 5.4 patch, we have the newest and highest set of crafting gear alongside two other excellent and extremely high item level sets. Unlike gear sets for combat classes, there are fewer options, but they all have excellent stats and one can even be bought from the Marketboard. Without further ado, here’s the top three best crafting gear sets to keep your eyes on.

3) Professional’s Crafting Set

In third place with an item level of 470, is the Professional’s Crafting set. This set is still a great option for level 80 crafters and fairly easy to obtain without any need for crafting and melding. The set includes the Professional’s Beret of Crafting, the Professional’s Jacket of Crafting, the Professional’s Fingerless Gloves of Crafting, the Professional’s Trousers of Crafting, and the Professional’s Shoes of Crafting.

2) Aesthete’s Crafting Set

Before the 5.4 update, the Aesthete’s Crafting set had the highest item level of the crafting sets at 490. While not as high ranking as our number one spot, this set is still a big step up from the Professional’s Crafting set as it includes several accessories as well as can be bought on the Marketboard. This set includes the Aesthete’s Cap of Crafting, Doublet, Fingerless Gloves, Tool belt, Trousers, Boots, choker, ear cuff, bracelet and ring.

1) Handsaint’s Crafting Set

The newest set introduced in the 5.4 patch, the Handsaint’s Crafting set has an item level of 500, giving it the highest of all the crafting sets. Like the Professional’s set, Handsaint’s can be purchased by trading in white crafter’s scrip at various Scrip Exchange locations. This set includes the Handsaint’s Beret, Jacket, Fingerless Gloves, Tool belt, Trousers, Shoes, Necklace, Earring, Bracelet, and Ring.
