The Altyn helmet is one of the “chaddiest” helmets in the game, with an armour class of 5, and is capable of attaching a face shield that is also class 5. This means that your character will have complete facial protection with class 5. This helmet is available on Glukhar's Scav boss guards and tradeable at Ragman level 4. The one downside of this helmet is the vision impairment due to the face shield and the heavy restrictions on movement.

This helmet is also capable of spawning on boss guards and trading with a level 4 Ragman.
