The HighCom Striker ULACH IIIA helmet is a class 4 helmet that is highly accessible to all players who are able to use the flea market or have a level 4 Ragman. The Altyn helmet is one of the “chaddiest” helmets in the game, with an armour class of 5, and is capable of attaching a face shield that is also class 5. The one downside of this helmet is the vision impairment due to the face shield and the heavy restrictions on movement.

This helmet is also capable of spawning on boss guards and trading with a level 4 Ragman.
