It may not be the scariest film out there but the film sure knows how to have fun which makes it a worthy film to watch.

It’s got a terrific villain, Mick Taylor played by John Jarratt whose highly menacing and mysterious, and by the time the movie is over, you'll only be able to think about him.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Wendy is a great choice as a final girl; she easily carries the whole film.

Tucker and Dale, two friendly hillbillies, are on vacation at their run-down mountain house when they are mistaken for murders by some snobby college kids.
Tucker and Dale is an inventive horror film that borrows many of the tropes of the genre to create a fun and subversive film that will have you bursting in laughter throughout its whole duration. It’s full of many over-the-top brutal kills that will please every horror fan as well as some pretty likable characters to love.

8. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003)
Five friends find themselves terrorized by a family of psychopathic killers after a young hitchhiker kills herself inside their own van.
Remaking the original TCM, which is regarded as one of the greatest in the genre, didn't seem necessary, but the 2003 version turned out to be a good movie with lots of suspenseful scenes that will keep you on edge. It features a deranged cast of cannibalistic family, all with intriguing backstories as well as a likable group of characters that you’ll see dwindle one by one.
The movie even retains the gritty atmosphere that its original is known for, making it not only enjoyable for horror fans but even fans of the original.

This excellent movie will make you feel nostalgic and has many chilling and unforgettable scenes that will stay with you for days. Pennywise is also a great and menacing stalker made better by the amazing performance of Bill Skarsgård.
The losers club is also a memorable cast with amazing character dynamics which will easily make you fall in love with them and bring a sense of childlike wonder to all the horrors happening throughout.

Five friends set sail and their yacht is overturned by a strange and sudden storm. A mysterious ship arrives to rescue them, and what happens next cannot be explained.
While Triangle may start off as just another typical slasher film, it soon devolves into one of the most mind-bending horror films with its amazingly unique plot twist that changes the film massively. Not only does the film have a unique setting but it also has a premise that will keep you on the edge of your seat and cause you to question everything.
