Joe is a father, writer, software QA, and gamer. By day he spends his time trying to break computer software and searching for defects. In the evenings when he isn't spending time with his son he is usually writing or exploring game worlds. He has spent many nights going through page after page of creative writing. He has written fiction stories and writes for tabletop role-playing games. Joe has achieved lead writer on an upcoming tabletop roleplaying game seafaring campaign setting.
Joe likes participating in local game jams where he challenges himself to expand his creative talents—usually writing a tabletop role-playing adventure based on the theme released at the event's start. He's always willing to help out other teams with pixel art, writing, design, and testing. He has participated in NaNoWriMo for several years.
Joe prefers games that offer interesting stories to tell or experience. He prefers tabletop board games or tabletop roleplaying games and dabbles from time to time in digital formats. He enjoys exploring aspects of story, quest design, easter eggs, and how the game worlds interact with the players.
