[Top 5] Rainbow 6 Siege Best Kapkan Loadouts That Are Excellent

Top 5 Best Kapkan Loadouts in R6 Siege

Kapkan is one of the original operators in the game and has been one of the most powerful operators throughout the years, but he’s even more powerful nowadays because now he can actually put multiple EDDs in one entryway. This basically makes him a lot more versatile as an operator and makes him one of the few operators that are capable of scoring a kill with just one detonation of their special gadget. Kapkan’s presence alone makes the enemies unsettled because they know that they’d have to be careful whenever they go through an entryway, and if they’re not, they could easily get killed or badly damaged.

5. SASG-12 with Reflex B, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip + GSH-18 with Suppressor + Nitro Cell

The SASG-12 shotgun, only available to Kapkan and Finka, is one of the most powerful shotguns in the game. It inflicts heavy damage per shot and can be fired rapidly. The only barrel attachment available to it is the suppressor, and since suppressors don’t reduce the damage of weapons anymore, there’s really no drawback to equipping it on the SASG-12. With the suppressor on your shotgun, your shots will be more silent and won’t provide enemies with a directional threat indicator, so it could take longer for your enemies to react.

The Reflex B would be the best sight for the SASG-12 because its small frame which provides a clear view of the front and the sides is perfect for close quarters combat. The vertical grip will greatly lower the SASG-12's recoil so it will be easier for the user to align his next shots one after another. For the generic gadget, the nitro cell would be great for countering smoke + plant attempts or for scoring kills against attackers with shields. For the secondary weapon, the GSH-18 with a suppressor would be a great weapon for finishing enemies off when the SASG-12 needs to reload, or for shooting their gadgets with less chance of alerting them.

Excels in:

  • Close quarters combat due to the heavy damage per pellet from the SASG-12 shotgun
  • Having a good recoil control with the SASG-12 shotgun because of the vertical grip attachment
  • Countering smoke + plant attempts with the use of the nitro cell
  • Countering shield operators like Blitz and Osa with the powerful explosion from the nitro cell
  • Having a reliable secondary weapon in the GSH-18 handgun which has a big magazine capacity and low recoil

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - SASG-12 with Reflex B, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - GSH-18 with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Nitro Cell

4. 9x19VSN with Scope 1.5x, Compensator, and Vertical Grip + PMM with Suppressor + Impact Grenade

The compensator barrel attachment specializes in reducing the weapon’s recoil diamond size, and that basically means it will reduce its tendency for recoil in all directions and most importantly, its horizontal recoil. This is great for the 9x19VSN because from its fifth shot, its recoil will start getting quite rough. Reducing its tendency for random recoil in all directions will make it more stable and the user will only have to really hold down its vertical recoil with his own recoil control.

And for the 9x19VSN’s vertical recoil, the user will have the vertical grip to help him hold it down. This attachment setup on the 9x19VSN will provide the user with a very stable firing experience even during longer sprays. For the generic gadget, the impact grenades are great for creating rotation holes or quick flanking holes. They’re also great for countering Osa’s Clear Shield and even dealing a lot of damage to Blitz when he’s rushing.

Excels in:

  • Stabilizing the recoil of the 9x19VSN for longer sprays with the use of the compensator barrel attachment
  • Maintaining a good recoil control on the 9x19VSN with the use of the vertical grip attachment
  • Having the ability to create rotation holes or flanking holes with the use of the impact grenades
  • Being able to shoot enemy drones or claymores without alerting the enemies through the use of the suppressed PMM handgun
  • Having a good zoom level with the scope 1.5x without compromising a lot on peripheral view

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - 9x19VSN with Scope 1.5x, Compensator, and Vertical Grip

  • Secondary weapon - PMM with Suppressor

  • Generic gadget - Impact Grenade

3. 9x19VSN with Scope 1.5x, Flash Hider, and Vertical Grip + PMM with Suppressor + Impact Grenade

This loadout provides the best recoil control on the 9x19VSN through the use of the flash hider and the vertical grip attachments. Both of these attachments are great for lowering the weapon’s vertical recoil, and for most players, that results in the most stable shooting experience with the 9x19VSN. The flash hider could also prevent enemies from immediately pinpointing where Kapkan is shooting them from, because it will hide the 9x19VSN’s muzzle flash, therefore, lessening the visual cues that enemies could react to.

As for the secondary weapon, the suppressed PMM handgun would be great for Kapkan because he could use it to disable enemy gadgets like drones or claymores with much less chance of enemies being alerted to his presence. That’s really useful for Kapkan because he could also perform the role of a roamer once he’s done deploying his EDD traps. The PMM handgun also doesn’t have that strong of a recoil, so even without the muzzle brake, its recoil would still be very manageable to the user.

Excels in:

  • Having the best possible recoil control on the 9x19VSN through the use of the flash hider and vertical grip
  • Preventing enemies from immediately noticing where you’re shooting them from due to the removal of the 9x19VSN’s muzzle flash
  • Having the ability to rework the map to the defending team’s advantage through the use of the impact grenades
  • Being able to shoot attacker drones or claymores with the use of the suppressed PMM handgun
  • Having a good amount of zoom from the scope 1.5x while not sacrificing a lot on peripheral view

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - 9x19VSN with Scope 1.5x, Flash Hider, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - PMM with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Impact Grenade

2. 9x19VSN with Scope 1.5x, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip + PMM with Suppressor + Impact Grenade

This loadout setup will provide the user with the best possible damage on the 9x19VSN submachine gun. That’s because the extended barrel attachment maximizes the damage output and potential of weapons by reducing their range damage drop-off. That means that with the extended barrel on the 9x19VSN, Kapkan would be dealing a good amount of damage per shot, even at medium to long range. And that’s great for Kapkan who performs the role of a roamer sometimes, since enemies could appear on the line of sight anytime and at any range when roaming.

The only drawback to this is that the extended barrel doesn’t add recoil control benefits on the 9x19VSN submachine gun, but for that, the vertical grip should be enough. The vertical grip will greatly lower the weapon’s vertical kick which isn’t that strong in the first place. That is why it is good to equip the extended barrel on weapons like the 9x19VSN which doesn’t have a strong stock recoil. And since the primary weapon in this loadout isn’t suppressed, it’s good to have the suppressor on the secondary instead.

Excels in:

  • Having the best damage possible on the 9x19VSN through the use of the extended barrel attachment
  • Having a good amount of zoom while not sacrificing a lot on peripheral view through the scope 1.5x
  • Maintaining good recoil control on the 9x19VSN through the use of the vertical grip attachment
  • Ability to shoot attacker drones and claymores without alerting enemies with the use of the suppressed PMM handgun
  • Being able to rework the map for the defending team’s advantage through the use of the impact grenades

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - 9x19VSN with Scope 1.5x, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - PMM with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Impact Grenade

Now that suppressors don’t have a damage reduction penalty on weapons anymore, it has become the best barrel attachment on many weapons including the 9x19VSN submachine gun. That’s because this weapon, as mentioned in one of the entries above, doesn’t have a strong stock recoil, so its weapon kick would still be manageable even without a barrel attachment that adds more recoil control benefits. With the suppressor, the user would enjoy its great stealth benefits without really losing a lot of control on the weapon.

That’s because the vertical grip should be enough to hold the weapon down while shooting, even during longer sprays. And with this loadout, the user will be able to shoot enemies without giving them a directional threat indicator of where his shots are coming from. That means it could take a while for them to realize where you are, and that would prevent them from immediately and effectively counter firing. The suppressor would also silence the 9x19VSN’s gunshot sounds by a lot, and that’s great especially when Kapkan is roaming. As for the PMM in this loadout, since the primary already has a suppressor, it’s best to equip it with a muzzle brake and a laser for tighter hip fire and better recoil.

Excels in:

  • Being able to shoot enemies without giving them a directional threat indicator of where your shots are coming from
  • Preventing enemies from pinpointing your location because the suppressor will also hide the 9x19VSN’s muzzle flash
  • Preventing enemies from determining where you are through your 9x19VSN’s gunshot sounds
  • Having the ability to rework the map to the defending team’s advantage with the use of the impact grenades
  • Having a really good recoil control and tight hip fire on the PMM handgun due to the laser and muzzle brake attachments

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - 9x19VSN with Scope 1.5x, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - PMM with Muzzle Brake and Laser
  • Generic gadget - Impact Grenade
