15. Kingdom Come: Deliverance

Kingdom Come: Deliverance Awesome Battle

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a beautiful blend of action RPG and realism. Grab your sword, don your armor, and prepare for realistic fights where layers of armor, choice of weapon, and skill with a blade matter. The combat system features a five way directional swing and block mechanic that is simple enough to learn but hard to master. Like most RPG’s you will learn skills. But where Kingdom Come: Deliverance stands out is that you actually have to use the skill to get better at it. If you like brutal realism and deep story this is definitely a game for you.

1. Mordhau

MORDHAU 26 Minutes of EPIC Gameplay (New Medieval Game 2017)

The hell that is warfare is the only way I can think to describe combat in Mordhau. This is a visceral game of shining knights and sharp swords. The shining armor doesn’t last, however, as combat stains it with the blood from dismembered enemies. There are some RPG-style elements; customize your character, weapons, and armor. Then choose a specialization to play as. Remember that nothing in this game is purely for show. The fluidity of the combat system is only matched by how easily you can die if you make a wrong move.
