If you are a beginner, crystal is a resource you probably haven’t encountered often. This material is mostly used in the End-Game for crafting various items that help you advance. The easiest way to gather crystals is by using a metal pick. However, the real question is where can you find this resource? You have to travel a long way and be prepared for a challenging journey if you want to collect as many crystals as you need. The best idea is to tame a flying dinosaur, so you’ll move much faster and have additional protection. The main locations where you’ll find white crystals are: Snow Biome, top of the mountains, and caves.
How it works:
- Prepare yourself by crafting strong armor and the necessary gathering tools
- Tame a flying dinosaur that can survive in a cold climate. Some ideas are the Snow Owl or the Argentavis
- Find caves/ mountain tops/ snow biomes throughout the map and start your journey
- Search for stalactites in caves or white crystal sources in the Snow Biome
