Chris received his first console, a Super Nintendo, in 1992 and has been addicted to gaming ever since. He plays games of every type, but especially enjoys RPGs, strategy games, and old-style point-and-click adventure games. He has also been a table-top gamer since 2000 and plays Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, and Warhammer 40K whenever he gets a chance.
After four years in the United States Marine Corps, and several more working in the transportation industry, Chris decided to make a living doing what he loves and pursue his dual passions of writing and gaming.
As a writer, Chris's specialty is the fantasy genre, but writing about games holds a special appeal for him. He loves sharing his own unique strategies, discoveries, and experiences and comparing them to those of other gamers who have a different approach. His favorite part of writing about gaming is the opportunity to keep the legacy of older games, many of which are his favorites, alive by sharing them with newer generations of gamers.
