Like Dalton in Road House, I'm an NYU grad. Unlike the Double Deuce bouncer, I tend to shy away from pain-inducing quarrels at least until we meet in game. I have an economics degree and a penchant for numbers. However, my passion for games and movies supersedes my education background. For as long as I can remember I've always wanted to work in journalism covering games and movies. These dual passions have been the staple of my upbringing and transition into adulthood. Entering a stage in life where they intersect has reinvigorated me to the extent that I can concentrate all my energies on both pursuits.
For the past eight years, I've dedicated significant time to writing as more than a hobby. I created my own movie website back in 2010 to expand my writing portfolio, hone my skills, and delve deeper into a more fulfilling and creative discipline. I'm at a point in my career where I'd also like to apply my wares writing about gaming. Playing Halo 2 on Xbox live back in the mid-2000s is a memory I cherish..For this reason, first-person shooters would likely qualify as my area of expertise.
